Lucibello Family | Huntington Beach, CA | Family Photographer | Mini-Sessions

Oh man.  I just can't seem to get back into the bloggy groove!  But, here's a quickie post showing one of my mini-sessions from a few months ago...  Super cute family + gorgeous late afternoon light under the pier = magic.  Can't go wrong with that combo!  I love mini-sessions, it's the perfect amount of time to capture just enough poses/candids to keep everyone happy (i.e. little kiddos and husbands, tee-hee)  This family bought a mini-session from an auction which was raising money for my friend Tracy's family to adopt a little girl from Bulgaria.  THANK YOU Lucibello family for helping The Jensens in their adoption journey!!!  Anyway... we all know you look at photoblogs for the PHOTOS, so here ya go:

Van Boerum Family | Orange County Family Photographer

This is my dear friend Alex and her sweet family.  She is from England and I love her accent!  I could listen to her talk all day long.  When I read her blog, it is always with her accent in mind!  Her children are all beautiful...and it was really fun to spend a little time with them! 

I didn't take a pullback shot of this location, but you'd never believe it's right off of the pathway in the park - the perfect little bench made from a log, and gorgeous backlight!  Perfect for a quick mini-session! 

Thank you Van Boerums!  I hope your friends and family in England will enjoy getting to see how your family has grown! 

Sam the Grad | OC Family Photographer

Isn't Sam beautiful?  She asked me if I could shoot some pics with her parents on Graduation Day...her dad was going to be in town from over-seas for the occasion, and she rarely gets the opportunity to see him, let alone get pictures with him.  So of course I said YES...and wow, aren't they a good-looking bunch?  It was a pleasure photographing them...witnessing their silliness and giddiness together...  I am so happy to have Sam in my life!  She is the best babysitter and I just love this girl!  Congratulations on finishing high school and best wishes for a fabulous future!!!
